Communication plays a strategic role in uniting people around common goals.

My coaching focuses on helping managers develop an understanding of themselves as leaders and how their communications can build trust and drive results.

I collaborate with executives who want to improve their presentation skills, interpersonal communications, leadership presence, and leadership messages. They learn to establish presence, stick to the message, handle objections, and plan key messages for key stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders, and the public).

Ultimately, communication is how leaders demonstrate authenticity, authority, and commitment. The videos here are based on questions executives ask when looking for help with challenges they face as communicators and leaders.
