Leadership Presence: 360 Assessment

Baldoni Consulting LLC has developed a 360 assessment designed to allow an executive's key stakeholders to evaluate how he/she demonstrates presence. Results of 360 assessment provide insights that can help the executive learn how to leverage presence to lead more effectively.

Overview

The 360 assessment on leadership presence focuses on two key aspects of leadership presence, individual behavior and group action.

The section on individual behavior measures how an executives thinks about his role. The section on group action assesses how he or she applies it to help the organization.

The purpose of the 360 assessment is to give executives a handle on what presence really is and once they know its attributes they can begin to implement it.
